Queen Victoria School is advancing toward defending its Vodafone Deans U18 title after a hard-earned 17-11 victory over Ratu Navula College in the second semifinal held at HFC Bank Stadium in Suva. Fullback Nathan Stephens was instrumental in the match, successfully kicking three penalties early on. Ratu Navula countered just before halftime with a try and a penalty, bringing the score to 9-8. The second half was marked by intense competition, with Ratu Navula adding another penalty. However, Queen Victoria School secured their place in the final by scoring a try and adding another penalty through Stephens’ efforts, setting up a showdown against Nasinu Secondary School next Saturday.
