The Acting Director of Public Prosecutions John Rabuku will vacate his office as of midnight tonight, following the receipt of his revocation letter earlier this week.
Rabuku confirmed this after receiving the formal letter from the Office of the President, informing him of the revocation of his appointment.
He stated that he has already met with the Judicial Service Commission and received the revocation letter from the President regarding his acting appointment.
Rabuku confirmed that the revocation will take effect from midnight tonight.
He also expressed gratitude to his diligent staff and encouraged them to continue their work with the same dedication and professionalism.
