Police Raid Uncovers Shocking Drug Cache in Lautoka Home

A woman in her 60s appeared in Lautoka Magistrates Court yesterday facing charges for alleged possession of illegal drugs. She has been charged with one count of unlawful possession of illicit substances. According to police reports, a raid by the Lautoka Serious Organised Crime and Intel Unit at her residence on Sunday resulted in the seizure of white crystals that are thought to be methamphetamine, along with dried leaves believed to be marijuana. The case has been adjourned for further mention later today.
