Pernix Vuda secured a remarkable double victory at the 2025 Simple Green Business House Regatta Series, clinching both the Business House category and the overall championship at Wailoaloa Beach in Nadi. Their exceptional performance was highlighted by setting new records, including the fastest time in the Cup Final at 1 minute 11.49 seconds and a stellar run of 1:14.06 in the earlier heats.
Following closely behind, FJ Virtus secured second place overall, while Team Vaka Mana from ANZ Suva took third. Tournament Coordinator Daryl Sakopo praised Pernix Vuda’s unique achievement, noting that they were the only team crowned overall champions without any active club members.
This success has further cemented Pernix Vuda’s growing reputation in the regatta series. Their previous performance during the West Series, where they showcased a strong determination and competitive spirit, also underscored their commitment to success, having started their training as early as January.
