Panthers’ Victory Secured by Turuva’s Final Flourish!

Fiji Bati fullback Sunia Turuva concluded his time with the Panthers in an impressive manner last night, scoring a try that contributed to the reigning champions’ victory over the Storm with a final score of 14-6, securing their fourth consecutive NRL title.

The speedy player, who is set to join the Wests Tigers next season, scored the Panthers’ first try in the final after Harry Grant had initially given the Storm an early lead.

Liam Martin then took advantage of a clever pass from Nathan Cleary to dive over the try line, allowing the Panthers to take a 10-6 lead at halftime.

In the second half, Penrith center Paul Alamoti added the only points with an unconverted try, keeping over 80,000 fans on the edge of their seats.
