Fiji Bati fullback Sunia Turuva concluded his time with the Panthers on a high note last night by scoring a try, leading the reigning champions to a 14-6 victory over the Storm, which secured their fourth consecutive NRL title. Turuva, who is set to join the Wests Tigers next season, opened the scoring for the Panthers after the Storm took an early lead with a try from Harry Grant.

Liam Martin then took advantage of a clever pass from Nathan Cleary, diving over the line to give the Panthers a 10-6 advantage at halftime. In the second half, Penrith center Paul Alamoti scored the only points of the period with an unconverted try, keeping over 80,000 fans on the edge of their seats.
