Imrur Remengesau, the bill has successfully passed its initial reading and underscores the urgent need for stronger cybersecurity measures to protect critical infrastructure and bolster public trust in government services. Senator Mark Rudimch has also advocated for enhanced confidentiality protections for the office’s staff to assure that sensitive operations will be handled securely.
