Pacific Transport has allocated $2 million for the purchase of five new coaches to improve passenger comfort and enhance operational efficiency.
Company manager Jaswant Kumar described the arrival of the new spring model coaches as a significant step toward Pacific Transport’s goal of providing safe and reliable transportation.
These five new coaches meet Euro Five emissions standards, featuring particulate filters to capture fine soot particles. They are equipped with rear-mounted intercooled turbocharged engines.
“This investment not only bolsters our fleet but also reaffirms our commitment to offering exceptional travel experiences to our passengers,” Mr. Kumar stated.
He expressed confidence that passengers would value the increased comfort and reliability these new coaches will provide.
Additionally, he mentioned that these new vehicles will improve the company’s capacity to cater to growing demand from both local passengers and international tourists.
“As we continue to evolve and innovate, we remain focused on maintaining the highest standards of service and operational excellence,” he noted.
The imported coaches utilize rear-mounted intercooled turbocharged technologies from UK Cummins, which are designed for maximum power with reduced fuel consumption.
Each coach features a modern interior layout with comfortable faux leather seating.
The five new coaches are slated to begin operations next week.
