Seven opposition Members of Parliament from the Group of 9 are set to officially assume ministerial roles today in a significant political transition. The ceremony is scheduled to commence at 11 a.m. at the State House.
Ioane Naivalurua, the group leader and a former Police Commissioner, is anticipated to be appointed as the Minister for Police. Viliame Naupoto is expected to take over the Immigration portfolio, while Mosese Bulitavu will likely manage the Climate Change portfolio.
