A man has been arrested in connection with a case involving the possession of stolen property. The arrest occurred during a raid conducted by the Southern Division operations team at the suspect’s residence in Cunningham on Friday, where officials confiscated various electronic devices and valuable items believed to have been stolen.

Assistant Commissioner of Police – Operations, Livai Driu, stated that ongoing investigations aim to identify individuals who deal in stolen goods, in an effort to reduce the prevalence of thefts and robberies. Driu pointed out that criminals often focus on easily sellable items like mobile phones, tablets, smartwatches, laptops, and jewelry, highlighting that those involved in such activities are currently being monitored by the police.

The suspect is currently in custody at the Nabua Police Station.
