The Fiji Roads Authority (FRA) has announced that the Oinafa Jetty in Rotuma will be closed starting August 7 for necessary repair work. The closure is expected to last six weeks.
During the closure, the jetty will only facilitate side berthing due to ongoing repairs on the ramps. To ensure safety, public access to the jetty will be restricted during construction.
Advisory signs about the jetty closure will be displayed ahead of the closure period, and the public is encouraged to plan their travel accordingly.
