Fiji Airways Fiji 7s assistant coach Vilame Satala is set to lead the men’s rugby team in the Oceania Sevens tournament taking place this weekend in Honiara, Solomon Islands. With four weeks of training under their belts, Satala expressed enthusiasm for the upcoming competition.
The roster includes five debutants, notably Lasaro Bogisa, Iosefo Namoce, and Alipate Nabiu. Iosefo Namoce has been active in the Skipper Cup, playing as a centre for Suva. The tournament is historic, as it marks the first time Honiara will host the Oceania competition.
