The pool draws for the 2024 Oceania Rugby 7s Championships have been revealed, leading to an exciting buildup for the tournament scheduled for December 7-8 in the Solomon Islands.
In the men’s division, the Fiji men’s 7s development team will compete in Pool A alongside Tuvalu and Nauru. Pool B features the Australian Development team up against Vanuatu, American Samoa, and the Japan Development team. Meanwhile, in Pool C, Samoa, Cook Islands, Kiribati, and New Caledonia will battle it out. Pool D will see Tonga, the Solomon Islands, Niue, and Tahiti go head-to-head.
The women’s division includes the Fiji development team in Pool A with the hosts, Solomon Islands, and Vanuatu. Pool B consists of Samoa, American Samoa, and Vanuatu, while Pool C showcases Tonga, the Cook Islands, and Kiribati.
