A violent altercation outside a well-known nightclub in Suva has resulted in six individuals requiring hospitalization, with two of them currently in an unconscious state. Authorities have reported that these two patients are receiving care at the Colonial War Memorial Hospital, alongside a third individual who is in stable condition.

In addition, three others involved in the incident are being treated at the Sigatoka Hospital, where they are also reported to be stable. Initial investigations suggest that some participants in the brawl are connected to a Rugby League club from Sigatoka, which had recently hosted its awards night in Suva.

Assistant Commissioner of Police Operations Livai Driu stated that the police team in the Central Division is actively investigating the incident and is in the process of apprehending those responsible.
