“New Retail Outlet Brings Modern Living Options to Tavua Residents”

Residents of Tavua now have more consumer options following the opening of a new retail outlet in their town. The gold mining town welcomed Al Hamd Smart Living’s newest and sixth store.

With an investment of $60,000, the new outlet offers a variety of products, including the latest LED lights, office furniture, contemporary prefabricated container houses from China, chic blinds, and more.

Managing Director Ashfaaq Khan revealed that 20 units of prefab, two-bedroom expandable houses have already been sold locally, with expectations for more sales in the coming months. “These handpicked prefab container homes are ISO9001 certified and built to my specifications,” Mr. Khan stated.

To assemble the container houses, Mr. Khan collaborates with certified local engineers. Prefab offices are priced at $12,000, while the two-bedroom houses are available for $14,000.

The official opening of the Tavua branch attracted an overwhelming crowd, eager to explore the curated selection of products aimed at enhancing homes, offices, and living spaces with style and functionality.

Al Hamd’s other outlets are located in Lautoka, Labasa, Suva, Nausori, and Nadi. The company, which began operations in 2012, continues to expand its reach across Fiji.
