Irimaia Rokosawa has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of the Land Transport Authority (LTA) Board of Directors. With more than 20 years of experience in financial management and public service, Rokosawa is expected to enhance service delivery, innovation, and operational efficiency at LTA.
Inosi Kuridrani, Chairperson of the LTA Board, expressed confidence in Rokosawa’s leadership, citing his exemplary contributions as Acting CEO in recent months. Kuridrani believes that under Rokosawa’s guidance, the LTA will maintain its commitment to providing safe, reliable, and efficient land transport services for all Fijians.
Rokosawa’s career includes several significant roles within the LTA and other key government and financial institutions. In April 2024, he was appointed as the Interim Deputy Chairperson of the Accident Compensation Commission of Fiji (ACCF), further demonstrating his dedication to public service and the well-being of Fijian citizens.
Rokosawa’s official appointment as LTA Chief Executive Officer will take effect on October 1.
