Businessman and investment expert John Sanday has been appointed as the new chairman of the Fiji Rugby Union (FRU). His election took place during the FRU’s Annual General Meeting, following his recent appointment to the board. Sanday’s extensive experience is expected to usher in a new era for Fiji Rugby.
Under his leadership, which comes at a time when a new company structure and constitution are being implemented, there is optimism that Rugby House will thrive, innovate, and achieve greater milestones in the coming years. The newly elected board of directors is set to serve a term of four years.
