This new hospital will also improve access to medical services for students at Ratu Kadavulevu School and Queen Victoria School, as well as benefiting nearby educational institutions. The Ministry of Health, along with the New Zealand government, is committed to maintaining high-quality healthcare for the Fijian populace.

Charlotte Darlow, representing the New Zealand government, assured that they will continue to support Fiji in improving healthcare services, especially in light of the ongoing health challenges faced by the community.

This development is not only a significant boost for local healthcare but also demonstrates international collaboration aimed at enhancing the wellbeing of Fiji’s citizens. With this new facility, the hope is that it will lead to better health outcomes and a more resilient community.

To summarize, the inauguration of the new health facility in Dago represents a positive step forward in enhancing healthcare accessibility for thousands of residents and students in the region, showcasing the strong partnership between Fiji and New Zealand in promoting public health.
