Newly appointed Ba Head Coach Ronil Kumar is brimming with enthusiasm as he prepares for the upcoming season. Having dedicated over 15 years to playing for the Men in Black and coaching them on various occasions, Kumar, 40, takes over the reins from Timoci Seru, who struggled to secure titles during his tenure.

Kumar proudly states, “As a true son of Ba, I am honored to mentor this team.” He acknowledges the significant responsibilities and high expectations associated with his role and is aware of the challenges ahead, emphasizing the hard work required to construct a winning team. “Building a winning team is not easy; we will have to work very hard,” he remarked.

Kumar recently completed the OFC B-License Coaching Course and is optimistic about revitalizing the team after a titleless 2024 season. He expressed his eagerness to collaborate with the players to enhance their successes, aiming to push the team to new heights in 2025.
