New Culinary Leadership Sets Sights on Exceptional Dining at Grand Pacific Hotel

Kanokwan Imprasittichai and Taione Masuwale have been appointed as the Executive Chef and Director of Food and Beverage, respectively, at the Grand Pacific Hotel. The 5-star luxury hotel emphasizes that these appointments reflect its commitment to delivering unmatched luxury and exceptional culinary experiences.

Ms. Imprasittichai, originally from Thailand, boasts an impressive career spanning 13 years. She will focus on modern Asian and traditional cuisine, bringing a fresh and innovative perspective to the creation of flavorful dishes. Her background includes prestigious roles at renowned establishments worldwide, such as the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Bangkok and Bistro by Wolfgang Puck in Sydney. With a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and specialized training in Traditional Thai Cooking and Asian Cookery, she is well-positioned to enhance the dining experiences at the Grand Pacific Hotel. Ms. Imprasittichai will manage all culinary operations and lead a team of skilled chefs, ensuring top-notch food quality and presentation.

Mr. Masuwale arrives with extensive experience, having recently served as Central Support Manager at Sourdough South Ltd in Hampshire, UK. With over 18 years in the food and beverage industry, he has worked at notable UK high-street venues, including All Bar One, Turtle Bay, and Cóte Brasserie, both in London and along the South Coast. He has effectively implemented procurement systems and developed new seasonal and locally sourced menus. In his new role, Mr. Masuwale will manage the Food and Beverage department, aiming to improve service quality and enhance guest satisfaction. His strategic approach will continually integrate innovative practices to elevate the dining experience at the Grand Pacific Hotel.

Lachlan Walker, Portfolio General Manager at IHG Hotels & Resorts and FNPF Owned Hotels, expressed confidence in their new appointments.
