The local community of Tavua have benefitted from the opening of a new retail outlet by Al Hamd Smart Living, marking the firm’s sixth chain store in their town. The outlet is part of a $60,000 investment and offers a wide range of new products, including contemporary prefabricated container houses imported from China, office furniture, LED lights, and fashionable blinds.
The company’s managing director, Ashfaaq Khan, revealed that already 20 units of two-bedroom expandable houses have been sold, with expectations of more in the upcoming months. The prefab container homes selected for retail are ISO9001 certificated.
Al Hamd Smart Living also works with certified local engineers to assemble the container homes. Their products range includes prefab offices, on the market for $12,000 and two-bedroom houses available for $14,000.
The grand opening of the Tavua branch drew a large crowd, with customers offered the chance to see a carefully chosen selection of products designed to amplify any home, office, or living space in both style and functionality. With Al Hamd’s other outlets located in Lautoka, Labasa, Suva, Nausori and Nadi, the company has made considerable strides since its inception in 2012.
