Nancy Tikoisuva has been appointed as the Acting Director of Public Prosecutions. Her appointment took effect yesterday following the revocation of the former Acting DPP John Rabuku’s appointment, who, according to the Supreme Court, did not meet the qualifications for the position.
The State Prosecutor expressed her enthusiasm for this new journey and urged all staff within the Director of Public Prosecutions office to continue striving for excellence.
