Netball Fiji’s Super League Heats Up: Who Came Out on Top?

Netball Fiji resumed its Finance Hub Super League Round 6 last weekend, on Friday, October 6, and Saturday, October 7, following the successful completion of the Fiji 21&U Rising Stars Tour and the Crest Chicken Fiji Secondary Schools Netball Finals.

The Super League Round 6 kicked off on Friday with Baby Pearls Kikau facing off against Baby Pearls Kacau at the FNU Gymnasium. The match proved to be competitive, as both National U21 teams gained momentum at the start. Ultimately, Team Kacau emerged victorious with a score of 48-37.

On Saturday, the Nasinu Tactix took on the Tailevu Doves at the same venue. The Doves began strong in the first quarter, leading 12-10. However, Nasinu Tactix rallied in the second quarter and maintained their lead throughout the game, finishing the match at 57-40.

The final match of Round 6 took place at the multipurpose court in Lautoka, where Lautoka Stars triumphed over Nadroga Stallion.
