Midfielder Jared Rongosulia will be missing from the Navua lineup for this Sunday’s 11th round DFPL match against Fiji FACT champions, Lautoka. Navua Football’s President, Rajeev Prasad, confirmed to FijiLive that Rongosulia, who is from the Solomon Islands, is currently out of the country but is set to return to the team the following week.
Prasad reassured supporters that Rongosulia remains a crucial component of the team and announced that no transfers are planned either in or out for Navua. He also mentioned that Thomas Dunn, who was previously away with the national team of Fiji, has returned to training and is available for the forthcoming match.
The match against Lautoka, which Navua is set to host at 3 pm at the Uprising Centre, will feature a full squad from the hosts excluding the unavailable Rongosulia.
