Nausori’s New $30 Million Mall Set to Transform Local Economy

The business environment in Nausori is experiencing growth, driven by significant investments that are transforming commerce and trade. One notable development is Amra’s Mall, which aims to boost commercial activity in the municipality located on the outskirts of Suva.

Construction has started on a substantial $30 million project anticipated to fundamentally change the business landscape in Nausori. Amra’s Mall is set to feature various retail shops, dining options, entertainment venues, health and wellness centers, ample parking, and community spaces.

Kamal Chetty, the chief executive officer of Investment Fiji, highlighted that Amra’s Mall represents a sign of economic confidence. “Amra’s investment in Nausori showcases the belief investors have in Fiji’s potential and will improve the quality of life for local residents,” he stated.

Investment Fiji played a crucial role in facilitating approvals and creating networking opportunities for the Amra’s Mall project, which is projected to be completed by mid-2026.
