National striker Merrill Nand scored a hat-trick as Suva achieved a commanding 5-0 victory over Tailevu Naitasiri in Round 13 of the Digicel Fiji Premier League at the Uprising Sports Centre in Pacific Harbour.
In addition to Nand’s three goals, Ni-Vanuatu player Joe Moses and Solomon Islander Jaygrey Sipakana contributed to the scoreline, marking Suva’s largest win of the season.
This victory elevates Flick Hygiene Suva to the eighth position in the standings, tied with Nasinu on 12 points, but they hold a better goal difference. Meanwhile, Tailevu Naitasiri continues to struggle at the bottom of the table with only 8 points.
