Naiviqiri village has achieved a vital connection to the global community with the introduction of Starlink community WiFi, established by Fiji Pine Ltd through the Landowners Community Development Fund. This initiative represents a crucial step in addressing the digital divide faced by remote communities.
Ratu Kavaia Tuimuru, the Buli Navakasiga, expressed his heartfelt appreciation for this groundbreaking project. He highlighted the significance of reliable internet access in empowering the community, stating that it opens up avenues for education, healthcare, and business opportunities, essentially leveling the playing field and ensuring no community is left behind.
