Vuvale Plaza, a significant commercial development in Nadi, is approaching its completion with construction expected to be finalized by the end of next month. Spearheaded by businessman Marc McElrath, the plaza is set to open its doors in mid-2025.

As the project nears its grand opening, it is generating considerable interest among potential tenants, suggesting a promising future for the development. The plaza will feature a supermarket managed by the Vuvale Business, catering to the shopping needs of the local community.

The ground floor will house seven retail outlets alongside a restaurant with an inviting outdoor dining area. The first floor is being designed to accommodate eight flexible tenancies, suitable for various businesses or office needs, while the second floor will contain two spacious office areas. Additionally, visitors can look forward to enjoying a juice bar and an in-house coffee shop, which will create a welcoming environment for guests to relax while enjoying light meals and refreshments.

The completion of Vuvale Plaza is expected to contribute positively to the Nadi community, generating jobs and providing essential services to residents and visitors alike. As Nadi continues to grow as a commercial hub, Vuvale Plaza stands as a testament to the ongoing development and investment in the region’s economic future.
