A vibrant Nadi team achieved a surprising 1-0 victory against New Zealand Sanatan in their second pool match of the Rams Group of Companies 10th Sanatan World Cup held in Sydney, keeping their hopes in the tournament alive.

Earlier in the day, Nadi, coached by Vikash Chand, played to a 3-3 draw against Wellington City and needed this win to remain competitive. New Zealand, featuring players like Rinal Prasad and Munit Krishna, entered the match as favorites after a convincing 4-1 victory over Canberra in their first match.

Young talent Nilkash Prasad scored the decisive goal for the Jetsetters early in the game.
