A dynamic Nadi team secured a surprising 1-0 victory over New Zealand Sanatan in their second group match of the Rams Group of Companies 10th Sanatan World Cup held in Sydney, maintaining their chances in the tournament.

Earlier in the day, Nadi, coached by Vikash Chand, had drawn 3-3 against Wellington City and required a win to stay competitive. New Zealand, featuring notable players Rinal Prasad and Munit Krishna, had come into the match as favorites after dominating Canberra 4-1 in their opener.

Young talent Nilkash Prasad scored the only goal of the match, clinching the victory for the Jetsetters in the early stages.
