The Nadi Sports and Social Club has claimed the title in the first-ever Ladies Business House Bowls Competition, triumphing over Lautoka Wonder Women with a final score of 16-13. The successful team comprised Tascheen Stuart, Raijieli Jamieson, Anita Devi, Laisani Sinu, and Shami Devi, who showcased their skills on the bowling green.
Club secretary Shamal Kumar hailed the event as a significant milestone for women’s participation in the sport, emphasizing the hard work and perseverance of all teams involved. “Congratulations to the Nadi Sports Club team for their hard-fought victory in the Cup Final and a big shout out to all teams for their amazing efforts and sportsmanship throughout the competition,” Kumar expressed.
