Nadi has advanced to the semifinals of the Rams Group of Companies 10th Sanatan World Cup after a 2-1 victory over NZ Ba in an exciting final quarterfinal match at the Blacktown Spartan Sporting Complex.
Arnav Naicker opened the scoring for NZ Ba with a composed finish in the first half. However, Nadi’s Nilkash Prasad equalized just before halftime.
As the match progressed, Nadi intensified their efforts and secured the win with a second goal by Darryl Narayan in the closing moments of the game.
