NADI International Airport has been honored as the Best Airport in the South Pacific during the Pacific Area Travel Writers Association (PATWA) International Travel Awards held in Berlin, Germany. This prestigious recognition highlights the commitment to excellence in the aviation sector, particularly in Fiji, a well-regarded tourism destination.
In addition to this accolade for the airport, Mesake Nawari, Chief Executive Officer of Fiji Airports Limited, was awarded the PATWA Gold Excellence in Leadership – South Pacific Award. Nawari emphasized that these awards are a result of the dedicated efforts of all stakeholders in the aviation and tourism sectors.
