Nadi Hospital Cookbook: A Recipe for Recovery and Wellness

World Food Day is recognized annually on October 16. In line with this observance, the Nadi Medical Sub-Division has officially introduced the Nadi Hospital Cookbook.

Dr. Amos Zibran, the Sub-Divisional Medical Officer, emphasized that the cookbook is designed to provide patients with nutritious and balanced meals aimed at aiding their recovery and enhancing their well-being. He underscored the essential role of a proper diet in the healing process.

In addition, the team marked World Mental Health Day by raising awareness about the significance of good mental health in the workplace. This year’s global theme is “Mental Health in the Workplace.” World Mental Health Day is celebrated every year on October 10.
