A mysterious vessel docked at Lautoka wharf has caught the attention of the public as it awaits dry docking. The maritime vessel, called Yavirau, reportedly has local ties, including prominent businessman Wella Pillay, who is said to have purchased the vessel for a Fijian chief living overseas.
