Mystery Surrounds Death of Street Dweller at Police Station

A man known to be homeless was discovered unresponsive at the Totogo Police Station early yesterday morning. Acting Commissioner of Police Juki Fong Chew reported that the man had contacted the station to request access to the bathroom, which was granted by the officers on duty. Shortly after, an officer who was escorting a prisoner to the bathroom found the man lying motionless, prompting the police to secure the area for a Crime Scene Investigation. The Acting Commissioner indicated that a post-mortem examination is anticipated to determine the cause of death. He also confirmed that a comprehensive investigation into the incident will be conducted.
