Authorities are currently investigating two separate incidents involving the discovery of bodies in Suva and Navua.
In the first case, a man’s body was found floating in the Navua River near Naitata. Reports indicate that the man, in his 40s, was last seen leaving his home for work on November 22nd. Relatives have identified the victim, and a post-mortem examination will be conducted to determine the cause of death.
In the second incident, the body of a woman was discovered in a hotel in Suva. The victim was a guest at the hotel, and investigators are working to establish her identity as well as the circumstances surrounding her death.
