Murder Charges Filed in Raiwaqa Tragedy

Police have formally charged a man in connection with the death of a woman in Raiwaqa earlier this week. According to a statement from the Fiji Police Force, the murder charge against the 31-year-old suspect was approved by the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions. The accused is currently in custody at the Raiwaqa Police Station and is set to appear in a special court session at the Suva Magistrates Court tomorrow.
