The Major Crime Unit of the Criminal Investigations Department has formally charged a 25-year-old man with the murder of a 27-year-old man from Buakonikai, Rabi. The tragic incident took place on October 20th on the island, during which the accused reportedly assaulted the victim following a heated argument, leading to the latter’s death.
