Six individuals were injured in a motor vehicle accident on the Sawani-Serea Road this afternoon. According to Director Traffic Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Mitieli Divuana, four people were taken to the Naqali Health Centre, while two women were transported to the Vunidawa Hospital due to the severity of their condition.
SSP Divuana stated, “We are conducting our investigation into the circumstances surrounding the accident and continue to urge drivers to remain vigilant and alert at all times. You cannot afford to have a lapse of judgment or concentration when driving, as the risks are significant and could result in injury or loss of life.”
Investigations are ongoing.
