Six individuals were injured in a vehicle accident on Sawani-Serea Road this afternoon. The Director of Traffic, Senior Superintendent of Police Mitieli Divuana, reported that four people were taken to Naqali Health Centre, while two women were transported to Vunidawa Hospital due to their conditions.
SSP Divuana stated, “We are conducting our investigation into the circumstances surrounding the accident, and we continue to urge drivers to be vigilant and alert at all times.”
He added, “You cannot afford to have a lapse of judgment or concentration when driving, as the risks are great and could result in injury or loss of life.”
Investigations are ongoing.
