The finalists for Miss Universe Fiji 2024 have arrived at The Pearl Resort & Spa in Pacific Harbour as the event approaches on August 30. The top ten contestants received a warm reception from General Manager Natalie Marletta and participated in a photo session with the resort staff.
During their visit, the finalists made a heartfelt stop at the maternity ward of Navua Hospital, where they presented gifts to new mothers and their babies. The contestants also engaged in meaningful discussions with medical professionals about the challenges faced by young mothers in Fiji.
The day culminated with a lunch at the resort and an educational session led by Melissa White from the International Seakeepers Society, focusing on oceanographic research and conservation, which offered the finalists valuable insights into environmental issues.
Tickets for the national final are limited, and the winner will go on to represent Fiji at the Miss Universe International final in Mexico City this November.
