Miss Fiji, Sunishma Singh, has been crowned the Miss Continental Oceania title at the ongoing Face of Beauty International Pageant in Taiwan. The 28-year-old from Cuvu, Sigatoka, who works as a Sustainability Specialist for Tourism Fiji, was selected from a strong lineup of contestants representing countries such as Australia, New Zealand, Tonga, and Niue.
This title is awarded to the leading contestant from the region based on her performance in the preliminary rounds. It celebrates the winner for exemplifying beauty, intelligence, and leadership, which are fundamental values of the pageant. Additionally, it acknowledges her role in promoting her country’s culture and values on a global platform.
The 2024 Face of Beauty International pageant is set to hold its “Global Grand Finale” at the Lin Palace in Kaohsiung, southern Taiwan, on September 19.
