Miss Fiji, Sunishma Singh, has claimed the title of Miss Continental Oceania at the Face of Beauty International Pageant currently taking place in Taiwan. The 28-year-old beauty from Cuvu, Sigatoka, who serves as a Sustainability Specialist for Tourism Fiji, was selected over contestants from Australia, New Zealand, Tonga, and Niue.
This prestigious title is awarded to the leading contestant from the region during the preliminary rounds of the international event. It honors those who exemplify beauty, intelligence, and leadership, which are fundamental values of the pageant.
Additionally, the title emphasizes the winner’s performance compared to her peers while showcasing her role in promoting her country’s culture and values on the international scene. The 2024 Face of Beauty International pageant’s “Global Grand Finale” is set to take place at the Lin Palace in Kaohsiung, southern Taiwan, on September 19.
