Miss Fiji, Sunishma Singh, has been awarded the Miss Continental Oceania title at the ongoing Face of Beauty International Pageant in Taiwan. The 28-year-old beauty from Cuvu, Sigatoka, who serves as a Sustainability Specialist for Tourism Fiji, stood out among contestants from regional nations including Australia, New Zealand, Tonga, and Niue.
This title recognizes the top-performing contestant from the Oceania region during the preliminary rounds of the international competition and celebrates qualities such as beauty, intelligence, and leadership, which are central to the pageant’s values. Additionally, it acknowledges the winner’s efforts in representing and promoting her country’s culture and values on a global platform.
The 2024 Face of Beauty International pageant is set to host its “Global Grand Finale” at the Lin Palace in Kaohsiung, southern Taiwan, on September 19.
