Assistant Minister for Agriculture and Waterways, Tomasi Tunabuna, recently toured the Western Division, starting with a visit to the Ba office as part of his 2025 agenda. During this visit, he expressed gratitude to the staff for their unwavering dedication and hard work, despite facing numerous challenges. Petero Mausio, a Senior Agriculture Officer, welcomed the Minister’s visit, describing it as a morale boost for the team as they strive to elevate their work standards. Following his time in Ba, Tunabuna is expected to meet with livestock farmers in Ba and Tavua over the next couple of days to gather further insights on how the Ministry can provide better support.
