For their Round 11 DFPL fixture against Fiji FACT champions Lautoka this Sunday, the Navua team will be missing the services of their midfielder, Jared Rongosulia. The President of Navua Football, Rajeev Prasad, explained in a conversation with FijiLive that Rongosulia, a Solomon Islander, is currently not in the country but is scheduled to return to the team next week.
Prasad gave Navua fans assurance that despite his absence, Rongosulia remains an instrumental player for the team. He also confirmed there will be no transfers in or out for Navua. Another update from him was that Thomas Dunn, who was previously on duty with the Fiji national team, has resumed training and will be fit to play the forthcoming match.
Navua will face Lautoka at the Uprising Centre at 3 pm, where they will play with a full squad, bar the absent Rongosulia.
