More than 1,000 delegates from the Methodist Church of Fiji convened at the Vodafone Arena in Suva this week to commemorate the church’s 60th anniversary alongside its annual conference.
The event officially commenced on Friday, featuring an address from President Reverend Dr. Semisi Turagavou, who spoke to ministers and dignitaries about the church’s internal matters.
In addition to internal discussions, the church explored ways to tackle social issues affecting today’s youth and deliberated on potential projects, among other important agenda topics.
