Melania Tora, an enthusiastic and dedicated contestant for the 2024 Miss Hibiscus title, aspires to establish a rehabilitation center in Fiji aimed at providing free mental health care and support for the country’s vulnerable communities.
At 24 years old, she is proudly representing Tents & Awnings while pursuing her master’s degree in psychology at The University of the South Pacific. Melania has an impressive academic background, having graduated with distinction with a Bachelor of Arts and Psychology from Deakin University in Australia, and she also holds a Diploma in Arts and Psychology from the University of Canterbury in New Zealand. Her educational accomplishments and commitment to the field of psychology have paved her way toward a career as a clinical psychologist.
In addition to her academic endeavors, Melania enjoys listening to music and podcasts, exercising at the gym, and spending time with friends. Her varied interests, along with her dedication to improving mental health services in Fiji, contribute to her status as an inspiring contestant in this year’s Miss Hibiscus competition.
