Susana Ranadi is among the ten contestants competing for the title of Miss Universe Fiji this year, with the winner set to participate in the global competition in Mexico. The 23-year-old is representing Tracey Farrington’s fashion brand at this week’s pageant.
In her own words, Ms. Ranadi expressed, “A big congratulations to myself. It is a big responsibility for me.” She emphasized her desire to inspire young women to pursue their dreams and realize their full potential.
Originally from Lautoka, she currently lives in Nadi and has a strong passion for modeling and fashion. “I enjoy socializing,” shared the Vatulele native, adding, “I’ve been enjoying fashion, modeling for six years.”
Last Saturday, Ms. Ranadi participated in a celebration of Farrington’s winning designs alongside 20 other models in Nadi. “I love Tracy. She is my amazing designer. She’s been a big role model and mentor for me. She’s been there for me every single day. She supports me,” Ms. Ranadi said.
Tracey Farrington expressed her pride in Ms. Ranadi, stating, “She features in all my major posters, and I truly enjoy working with her. I’m very proud of Sue. She’s one of the finalists in Miss Universe, and I’m so proud of her and enlightened to see her. She always looks amazingly beautiful. She has come a long way, and she is ready for this.”
